Face-to-Face Therapy
Individual face-to-face sessions are available at my private practice in Orpington, Kent. I work from a private garden office room (see images below) and there is ample parking on site.
An in-person interaction gives clients the opportunity to discuss their feelings and experiences in a confidential, safe space.
Online Therapy
I offer online therapy sessions via Zoom. This enables me to meet with clients from the comfort of their own homes or any location with an internet connection. This can be particularly appealing to people with busy schedules or limited mobility.
I am a Certified Online Counsellor and a member of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online

Fees
Therapy sessions are £70 each, payable via bank transfer 48 hours in advance.
Please note my cancellation policy: cancellations or missed sessions within 48 hours of the session time will incur the full fee. This policy ensures fairness to all clients, as appointment slots are carefully allocated each week and short-notice cancellations or no shows result in unfilled spaces.
Private Health Insurance
I am registered to provide counselling and psychotherapy services with a number of private health insurance companies, including Aviva, Axa, BUPA, Cigna and WPA. Please contact me for more details.
General Information
Sessions are 50 minutes long and are usually booked at the same time and day each week for the duration of therapy.
Therapy is open-ended and therefore there is no limit to the number of sessions. Regular reviews are undertaken to assess how the client is progressing.
Fees are reviewed annually.
I only work with adults over the age of 18 and I do not offer couple's therapy, telephone or text counselling.
